Michael J. Champine, M.D.
Michael J. Champine, M.D. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with the Texas Orthopaedic Associates, LLP, practicing at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and Plano, TX. Dr. Champine is fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery with specialized training and expertise in the most up to date surgical techniques related to hip and knee replacement, including minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Champine's fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Jerome Wiedel was at The University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver , Colorado , where he served as an Instructor in Orthopaedic Surgery in 1994.
Dr. Champine is currently the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, as well as an Associate Clinical Professor at The university of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and an Assistant Clinical Professor at The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth.

Ron Clark, M.D.
Ron Clark, M.D., Founder & Chairman of VOT Arthroscopic Solutions, LLC, has an extensive background in scientific research and has developed patented surgical instruments and techniques which have received attention worldwide. He majored in athletic training at Brigham Young University, but was accepted into the California College of Podiatric Medicine prior to graduation. While studying about foot problems, Dr. Clark became interested in all of the major bones and joints so he decided to pursue a degree in medicine and specialized in orthopedic surgery. Because of his advanced training in podiatry, Dr. Clark was able to graduate from the University of Texas Medical Branch after only three years with his medical doctor degree.
Dr. Clark is a world renowned researcher and clinician and has authored numerous scientific papers and presentations, a former associate editor of the Journal Arthroscopy, an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and member of the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He is a partner of the South Bend Clinic where he specializes in knee and shoulder surgery in South Bend, Indiana.

Jack Farr, M.D.
Jack Farr, M.D. is an orthopaedic surgeon and clinical researcher, who specializes in knee restoration, both in his practice and in medical trials. As a recognized leader in clinical cartilage restoration advances, Dr. Farr participates in several ongoing articular and meniscal cartilage clinical trials. For those patients with knee arthritis too far advanced for restoration, he is able to offer them the option of partial knee replacement. After a degree in Biologic Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1975, Dr. Farr completed medical and Orthopaedic Surgery training in 1986. Over the past 17 years, Dr. Farr has focused his practice on the knee and he started his subspecialty focus on cartilage in 1998 with the Cartilage Restoration Center of Indiana. His numerous appointments and affiliations include a volunteer clinical Associate Professorship in Orthopaedic Surgery at Indiana University Medical Center, as well as board positions with the Cartilage Research Foundation and the Patellofemoral Foundation.

Gregory P. Harvey, M.D.
Gregory P. Harvey, M.D., is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and is Subspecialty Board Certified in Sports Medicine. His private practice of orthopaedic surgery includes a special interest in sports medicine, and in surgery of the knee and shoulder. Dr. Harvey is on staff at St. Joseph Hospital, Hermann Hospital, and Kingwood Hospital. Prior to joining Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Harvey completed his Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine. He continues to be a Team Physician for the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team, where he has served for 12 years. He has also been the team physician for several area high school teams as well as for the University of Houston Basketball Program. He is the Past Director of the St. Joseph Sports Medicine Center, and the former Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Joseph Hospital. Dr. Harvey is active in the residency teaching program at the University of Texas Medical School where he holds an appointment of Clinical Assistant Professor, and is the Chief of Sports Medicine.

Bruce Levy, M.D.
Bruce Levy, M.D., is Board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is an active member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is an attending orthopedic surgeon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota specializing in knee sports medicine, arthroscopy and minimally invasive joint arthroplasty. Dr. Levy was part of the original 12 surgeon US Team that was trained in Oxford, England, on the Minimally Invasive Oxford Unicompartmental Knee Replacement. Since that time, Dr. Levy has been training other Orthopedic Surgeons on the Oxford UKR both nationally and internationally.
Donald J. Rose, M.D.
Donald J. Rose, M.D., board certified in orthopaedic surgery, is an Associate Attending Orthopaedic Surgeon at New York University Langone Medical Center and NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, where he is Director of Ambulatory Surgery and Director of the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries. Dr. Rose is Clinical Associate Professor at New York University School of Medicine. In practice since 1986, Dr. Rose specializes in arthroscopic surgery as well as sports and dance injuries of the knee, shoulder, hip and ankle.

Steven J. Thornton, M.D.
Steven J. Thornton, M.D. is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for Dallas Orthopedic Center who has fully embraced the age of minimally invasive surgical techniques. Dr. Steven Thornton's expertise includes arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow with an emphasis on advanced arthroscopic techniques. Dr. Thornton has authored and co-authored scientific articles and book chapters on various sports related topics ranging from elbow ligament reconstruction in throwing athletes to total shoulder arthroplasty and ACL reconstruction.
