Ron Clark, M.D.
Ron Clark, M.D., Founder & Chairman, has an extensive background in scientific research and has developed patented surgical instruments and techniques which have received attention worldwide. He majored in athletic training at Brigham Young University, but was accepted into the California College of Podiatric Medicine prior to graduation. While studying about foot problems, Dr. Clark became interested in all of the major bones and joints so he decided to pursue a degree in medicine and specialized in orthopedic surgery. Because of his advanced training in podiatry, Dr. Clark was able to graduate from the University of Texas Medical Branch after only three years with his medical doctor degree.
Dr. Clark is a world-renowned researcher and clinician and has authored numerous scientific papers and presentations, a former associate editor of the Journal Arthroscopy, an active member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and member of the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He is a partner of the South Bend Clinic where he specializes in knee and shoulder surgery in South Bend, Indiana.

Ross Mack
Mr. Mack started working with Dr. Clark developing products over four years ago and was instrumental in the start-up and early success of VOT. He was a senior design engineer for a Valparaiso manufacturing firm for 18 years where he had responsibility for design and manufacturing of various products. He met Dr. Clark while teaching in the Engineering Department at Valparaiso University. Ross did the initial designs and prototypes of the Solo Partial Knee, as well as a great deal of the modeling for the implants and instruments as they are today. Ross has a BSME from Valparaiso University in Indiana.

Michael Davis
Mr. Davis has over twenty years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, sales, and marketing across the automotive, defense, and transportation industries (TRW, Raytheon, and Tandem Transport). He has served as a a leader of manufacturing organizations with over 120 members and sales in excess of $25 million, been part of plant management teams, and held numerous program management roles ranging from product launches through capital equipment acquisition and site infrastructure development. Mike has also held several key sales roles specifically targeted at both expansion of territory and increasing market penetration. He is a long time student of the Toyota Production System, and has served for 10 years as the chair of the Wabash Valley Lean Network. Mike received his BS in Business from Indiana University.
John Toohey
Mr. Toohey is currently Director of Strategy for LG Electronics North America where he is responsible for strategic planning and corporate development. Prior to joining LG Electronics in 2010, Mr. Toohey was a Director in the mergers and acquisitions department of UBS Investment Bank from 2003 to 2009, where he advised clients on over 25 announced transactions representing approximately $21 billion across a wide range of healthcare sectors and other industries. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Toohey was a management consultant at the Bridge Strategy Group, where he advised clients on matters of corporate strategy and general management. From 1993 to 1999, he worked as a mechanical engineer at FMC Corporation specializing on the design of lubricant blending systems. He began his career as a mechanical engineer at the M.W. Kellogg Company.
Mr. Toohey holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
