The Company
VOT, Arthroscopic Solutions is an orthopedic medical device company located in Warsaw, Indiana and is focused on the design and development of innovative arthroscopic surgical devices used in bone, muscle, and joint surgery. Our founder and Chairman, Ron Clark, M.D., is a practicing orthopedic surgeon who filed for his first medical patented device and method in 1992 and is responsible for the worldwide adoption of transverse femoral ligament fixation (cross pin) used in knee ligament surgery. Dr. Clark has authored 9 US patents related to surgical devices and has 8 patents pending and his patents have been licensed to major orthopedic companies.

Our Mission
VOT seeks to provide novel solutions to surgical problems faced by orthopedic surgeons in the treatment of diseases to bones, muscles, and joints. Our Company will focus on proof of concept, product development, intellectual property protection, FDA approval, and successful commercialization of all VOT products.
